Margaritaville Resort Biloxi (and later, Vicksburg) was a resort with no visual cohesion, voice or consistency. While the brand was nationally recognized the resort needed help with a rebrand and awareness campaign that would reinvent their look and take this previously adult-oriented franchise and make it family-friendly. "Book your stay. Come and play." became the working strategy and reinvented the resort(s) from the inside out.

In addition to general branding efforts, we addressed pain points for the resort, such as the lack of awareness of Margaritaville Biloxi's many restaurants and other amenities other than the Escape Center and Pool. We found opportunity in both providing a room map as well as utilizing the elevators to implement navigational material with stickers, posters and floor decals.
